Success in leading development has become one of the central skills expected of Vice-Chancellors, Artistic Directors, Chief Executives and their senior management teams and increasingly we see a desire to understand more fully how those expectations can be met.
We regularly provide strategic counsel and support to organisational leaders, key volunteers and senior management teams on a range of matters relevant to the success of development. We run board-level orientation sessions to explore the roles of different players in the development process and the importance of vision and participation from the top down. We address issues of expectation and those relating to the creation, positioning and management of the development function.
