Interim management

For organisations facing a short-term resource problem, perhaps as a result of a Development Director vacancy or maternity leave period, we are pleased to provide experienced interim managers who can ensure that development continues to progress until a long-term solution is found. Our consultants are all experienced managers. Most have recruited and led substantial teams.

Our consultant will work intensively with you on whatever your development priorities may be – in some cases this may be managing the workloads and motivation of existing team members, or it may be developing and implementing the strategy, systems or infrastructure, or working alongside the head of institution on major donor strategies and solicitations.
