We help organisations and individuals to help themselves by providing a range of services and developing consultancy programmes that are relevant to each situation we encounter. We listen carefully, challenge assumptions and work with our clients to find the right approach for them.

Typically we will meet with you to discuss your situation and how we might help. Usually, the consultants who come and talk with you will be those we are expecting to undertake the work. Following the meeting we will give you a written proposal setting out how best we can meet your needs, along with details about the consultants, timing of the work and fees. Our initial proposal will be in draft form, for further discussion with you. You do not pay any fees until we and you are happy with the work proposed.

Our fees are based on daily rates. In accordance with all professional codes of practice we do not work on a commission basis.
