Our consultants are representative of our diverse client base and have been successful practitioners holding leadership development positions.

Our team brings professional expertise to the whole range of development activities, from building effective volunteer leadership or campaign strategy through to the detail of creating a regular giving programme or maximising the effectiveness of information technology for development. We understand the challenge of building and embedding philanthropy in organisations large and small.

Individual consultants are based in France, Switzerland and the UK, supported by a dedicated operations team in Scotland. We also draw on a network of specialist Associate Consultants that complements our full time team.

Our consultants are regular speakers and trainers for CASE (Council for the Advancement and Support of Education) and the Institute of Fundraising.
